The journey of coming home to Self…
Time and time again, I observe, also in myself how the relationship with yourself is the most important one — and by that, I mean the relationship with your true Self, the Divine & moving from forgetting to remembering. Navigating this human experience skillfully, no spiritual bypassing, no distortions.
This sets the foundation for all other relationships in our lives and of course, how we approach manifestation and relate to our desires. This is the core of my teachings, my writing, and anything else that wants to be expressed.
Mental health meets spirituality. Manifestation & spiritual awakening the gentle, integrative way.

„Who am I?“
This question has followed me like probably many of you too for the majority of my life but I seriously started to contemplate it when I started recovery from an eating disorder 10+ years ago which led me to the journey of self-discovery (incl. many life and death cycles 🙃).
I‘m Nea — writer, space holder, and guide, (part-time comedian & hobby Barista) with a big ラブlove for Japanese and Korean culture (with the hands-down, most beautiful languages, imo) and a low-key-not-so-low-key obsession with video games, Shiba Inu and 떡볶이 tteokbokki. I will probably be one of the grannies who are still playing Pokémon Gen. 50 with over 10k monsters turned into a virtual reality while sitting in my rocking chair by the fire hanging out with her Shiba Inus.
Some more facts:
We all carry specific labels and certifications — me included, a 3x certified life coach and yoga teacher among others but the most valuable certification is the experience of life itself — every life is an unique, never-before-seen experiment (and one of the reasons why comparing and measuring yourself against “others” is a waste of energy).
After a painful first journey starting my online business run by so much fear and lack of trust in myself resulting in trying so hard to make things happen - it felt unsafe and scary to surrender and trust in my unique way & let my I AM take care of everything and to guide me. However, no matter how much I had recovered from the ED at that time, the control part remained: I wanted to control everything, was attached to outcomes, addicted to doing and measured my self-worth on external factors and my physical appearance. Eventually, I ended up in burnout, so I had to stop and let this old version of my business die. My eating disorder was my first initiation into spirituality and awakening to who I truly am, and I had many more. My entrepreneurial journey definitely played a big role & is a spiritual trip in and of itself. At the core, all of these journeys brought me to The Journey of coming home to (my) Self = a healthy, deep, and respectful relationship with my true divine nature and my body, and celebrating this human experience as a sacred one.

This brings me to my mission and why my (let‘s call it) Life‘s Work has evolved beyond breaking free from diet culture and body shame…
Most personal development, modern world, and even New Age spiritual approaches/modalities are often focused on outcomes, linear timing, making something happen, and being in the mind vs. in the body & most of all, are approached under the premise of "separate lil human vs. the world” — often leaving us feeling more disconnected from ourselves and that we need to fix or heal ourselves first to receive our desires (which is furthest from the truth!)
What‘s often overlooked is the importance of the relationship with yourself and the impact it has on everything because it influences everything. It determines through which lens you‘re viewing life, your relationship with others, and… yourself.
I created this website to support you on your journey of coming home to yourself. Blog posts, podcasts, and my offerings are focused on but not limited to…
reclaiming your infinite self-worth (which was never gone but may be clouded/hidden underneath false identities and mind games) & cultivating a healthy + deep relationship with yourself - the greatest romance of your life is the one with yourself
moving from living in your head (illusion of control & separation, doing to get, forcing, pushing, where life can feel like a pain in the a**) to living a heart-centered life where mind, body, and heart/soul are in balance
the art of holding space; to assist you in the process of changing your relationship with your emotions, pain, and discomfort, to integrate emotional charge & to come back to a place of wholeness (that innocent being you always have been before society, caretakers, etc. shaped false identities) = integrating all parts of yourself
healing (poor) body image + learning to trust your body and yourself
plant medicine integration & aftercare

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
A big part of this is one of my heart projects which was birthed as an idea after a sweet journey with magic 🍄 - „The Safe Space“, a column of this blog created by the community for the community. In other words reader‘s submissions. Not only because I love(!) reading other people's stories but also because we are all connected and walking each other back home through storytelling can be a beautiful thing (even if everyone’s journey is individual)! At the core, it is all about remembering who we truly are and coming back home = coming back to Oneness.
Here, we are making the shift from living from the outside in (reactive) to living from the inside out (responsive - responsibility = ability to respon).
