Hands down, our hearts are our most important organ. It is the first organ we develop when we enter the world of form — experiencing the dream of being a baby growing in the tummy of our mommies. Dear Love, you existed before this, you just set up this dream for yourself because you wanted to experience limitations and all that comes with the appearance of form.

So, we forget what we truly are for a moment, and to some characters, this moment can be a lifetime and take up some conditioning to eventually stumble upon something that functions as a catalyst to our awakening. We take on this seemingly journey of „becoming“ but what we truly do is remembering. The heart plays a significant, if not THE role in that because it is a unifier — unifying the seen with the unseen, body and mind so that all can work again in harmony, not in neurosis. The heart can be seen as the Seat of the Divine, and we can access all dimensions, all timelines through the heart.

Open The Heart In Conversation & Connection

Remember that everyone is you pushed out, and therefore we have to drop the idea that there is “another”. There is no other, there is only you appearing in different forms but as long as you’re identified as a little human, you won’t get this. Your body and mind won’t understand this through enforcing logic — you cannot think your way to it. You must be it. This means, you go within and connect with yourself as the formless, faceless Self that is the Source, the Life Force that animates it all. From the human perspective (which is super limited and conditioned), you might think you encounter other people whenever you see a body but is there really a person inside? Inquire, can you find a separate entity in your body, OR are these just sensations, images, and thoughts passing through, and you are the Awareness, the witness of it? How does this land?

Through direct experience, you know, and from there you can teach your body and human mind the Truth. Whenever you encounter a seeming “other”, remember it is you appearing as a different form — everything is stardust and the stardust is you. Even if there are off moments or you come across a person you don’t like: bless them, they are here as catalysts to guide you back home. To go even deeper and see who they truly are beyond the mask. The coolest thing: Self-Love will be reflected in your experience because you are the Source. Therefore, Self-Love is a service to the collective and the entire world. How cool is that?

To practice conversations and any type of interaction, you can meditate and visualize or remind yourself however you want to that you are always dancing with yourself. The ultimate homecoming — Coming Home to Self.

Test It Out — Be Doers of The Word, And Not Hearers Only

Drop into your true nature by acknowledging the stillness and chill there for some moments, then go into meditation, guide your body & mind with the breath into the heart, and FEEL! Put all of your focus in this sacred space, and disregard any distractions — they’re not you, they just want your attention because they need you but you don’t need them. You are the Source but you cannot live in your power when you let your conditioned human mind take the lead — now, we flip the script and you take the lead through gentle guidance. Once you’re anchored in your heart, and experience yourself as the formless, infinite, all-encompassing I AM-Presence, you can visualize or use any other imaginal act that you prefer. From here, it is so much easier, smoother, and enjoyable to manifest because you’re coming from Love meaning you are imagining as God, as the wish fulfilled, not in the hope of trying to manifest.

Creation is finished and you choose your preference — it is like dining at the Divine buffet of infinite possibilities. What do you choose?
